Kayaking In and Around the Norwalk Islands: David Park

David Park will talk about Kayaking In and Around the Norwalk Islands, his local, niche guidebook. It will be available for purchase after the talk for signing by the author. David’s book includes color photos, and details kayaking between Long Neck Point, Darien in the west to Sherwood Point, Westport in the east including local rivers, coast and islands off-shore. It also includes chapters on kayak safety, island wildlife including Osprey and island history. David grew up in the town of Weston and has lived in East Norwalk for the past 27 years. He is retired and has devoted his time to public service. Books available for purchase – $10 cash. Registration suggested.
