Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation Class

Mindfulness is being fully aware and at peace in the present moment, without judgment or strife. It is a tool – one that is accessible at anytime and anyplace – to free oneself from the trap of reactive living and tendency of the mind to dwell on the past and worry about the future. In this workshop, Andy Lee will introduce you to simple and effective mindfulness practices, including meditation that will help you cultivate awareness in your daily life. Andy has studied and practiced mindfulness meditation for over 12 years and conducts Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Programs and free meditation classes in Fairfield and Westchester counties.
