After a long morning kicking a soccer ball or wielding a lacrosse stick, kids need a good way to relax and wind down. Chiara Rose teaches Yoga Kids, a fun and playful program that incorporates a non-competitive atmosphere. Participants will be taught breathing techniques that will help on and off the field and stretching that helps prevent sports injuries. Ages 8-12, registration required.
