You’re Not Elected Charlie Brown!

Children of all ages are invited to stop by the library and watch You’re Not Elected Charlie Brown in celebration of Election Day. No registration. Caregivers must be present for children under the age of 8 and in the building for children under age 12.
Dinosaurs Rock Fossil Adventure
Tuesday, November 8, 3-4 pm
Children ages 5 and up are invited to this fun, interactive dinosaur program with giant, museum-quality, life-size, fossils and replicas. Children will love learning about various dinosaurs in this hands-on format. Each child can dig for fossils to take home too. In keeping with Election Day, children will have a mock vote for their favorite dinosaur. Ages 5 and up with a caregiver. Registration required. Sponsored by the Dibner Family Science Fund.

Breast Cancer Survivors’ Support Group
Tuesday, November 8, 6-8 pm
The Breast Cancer Survival Center, a Fairfield county non-profit, holds a meeting at Wilton Library. Chris Terenzio (BS, ACE) will address topics and concerns that have come up in previous support/discussion meetings, such as movement after surgery; regaining flexibility after surgery; exercises to prevent lymphedema; improving balance; how to maintain flexibility and prevent falling; and exercises that help reduce the risk of osteoporosis, (90% of survivors are on hormonal medications that reduce bone density).
