Children ages 2-5 with caregivers are invited to this book and movie pairing. Each week we will read a story and watch the accompanying Weston Woods animated adaptation. This week we will read and watch Splat the Cat by Rob Scotton and Leo the Late Bloomer by Robert Kraus. No registration.
Acoustic Wilton Concert to Benefit WEF and Wilton LibraryFriday, November 18, 7:30-9 pm
Acoustic Wilton “Plays it Forward” with a live concert sponsored by the WLA on November 18 at 7:30pm in The Brubeck Room. Special performances by student musicians and singer/songwriters from the middle and high schools. Tickets are on sale at Events.org with proceeds benefitting WLA, the Wilton Education Foundation and music departments in each of our four schools. Prior to the concert, The Wilton Education Foundation will host a wine and cheese reception from 6:00-7:30 pm to thank the public for supporting WEF’s mission. Come speak with Wilton Education Foundation board members, learn about upcoming events, see SMARTBOARD demonstrations, and opportunities to purchase bricks and honor an educator awards.
