Goodwives Rug Hookers Demonstration
Friday, January 13, 10 am-5 pm
Rug hooking is a traditional craft which has flourished in America since the early 1800s. The loops, or strips, of material are pulled up through a foundation fabric or backing. The Goodwives Rug Hookers, a group that has been together for over 28 years, will be in the Gallery, demonstrating the art/craft of rug hooking. People are encouraged to stop by and observe their process and the results of their labor of love.
