Islam: An Overview-PART III
Tuesday, March 27, 7-8:30 pm
Dr. Miroslav Volf, one of the world’s preeminent scholars writing on interfaith dialogue, will be the last speaker in this 3-part series. A major force in interfaith dialogue around the globe for the past two decades, he holds the Henry B. Wright Chair at Yale Divinity School and is the founding Director of the Yale Center for Faith and Culture. His latest book, published just last year, is entitled Allah: A Christian Response and focuses on the fact that Christians, Muslims, and Jews all worship the same God. Co-sponsored by the Wilton Clergy Association and the Wilton Library. Professor Volf will be introduced by the Rev. Mary Grace Williams. Refreshments served. Registration highly recommended.
