Aspects of Poetry: Discussion and Readings by Bill Ziegler
Sunday, April 1, 3-4:30 pm
Bill Ziegler has titled this program ‘Aspects of Poetry’. He will discuss the elements of the genre. Having in mind Robert Frost’s observation that free verse is like playing tennis without a net, he will emphasize the significance of form. To illustrate his talking points, he will read relevant poems he and others have written. April is National Poetry Month. To observe the beginning of that event and learn more about form in poetry, come to this lively and informative session. Registration required.
