The Five Generations: How to Do Just About Anything Imaginable With Each of Them and All of Them!

Friday, May 4 , 9:30-11 am
Much has been written about ”the generations in the workplace,” yet they don’t exist just in the workplace but in every aspect of our lives, and now, there are five, not just four! Whether it’s your family and friends gathered at the dining room table for Thanksgiving, or the committee you serve on for a volunteer organization, or the daily car pool, you could very easily find yourself amongst all five generations, wondering: how do I best communicate?, what content, jargon, media should I use?, how do I lead, manage, and build a solid team in an organization that employs all 5?, how do I influence and persuade them all?, how do I simply live with all 5? Michael Crystal — advisor, author, coach, consultant, counselor, facilitator, professor, speaker — has spent more than thirty years helping people and their organizations perform better, and his seminars, workshops and keynotes have been consistently described as ”enlightening, empowering and entertaining” by audiences throughout North America and Europe. Program sponsored by the Wilton Chamber of Commerce and the Wilton Library. Registration essential. Cost is $10, payable at the door.
