No charge. Registration highly encouraged.
Bring your wonderful baby to this infant friendly program at the Wilton Library. We will sing and play and enjoy gentle stories geared for babies under 12 months old. This is an excellent forum to meet other new parents in the area. No registration, no fee. Caregivers must be present.
This program is a sharing time for 1 and 2 year-olds and their caregivers. The emphasis is on books, with some songs and toy time. No registration, no program fee.
Professional book discussion leader Susan Boyar discusses The Story of Lucy Gault by William Trevor this month. Group meets second Wednesday of each month (no meeting in December). Bring lunch; beverages will be provided. For a complete listing of meetings and titles, visit our Wilton Readers page. Advance registration suggested.
The library now has a new look for its Wilton Library cards. The cards reflect the original art found in many of the library’s murals that make it such a special place to visit. The Children’s Library murals and entrance were created by Ed MacEwen and the teen mural was created by library staffer Tom Swick with a group of teens. People can choose from six different images for a bit of personalization. There is no charge for new accounts; replacement cards are $1.00. See Choices
Please note that Wilton Library has replaced its phone system and we now have new direct telephone numbers.
