Weir Farm Artist-in Residence Exhibition/Reception: Lili Chin
Monday, June 25, 6 – 7:30 pm.
June brings Lili Chin to the Weir Farm artist in residency program. Lili works with many materials to create her works. While at Weir Farm, she plans to create an installation that will involve ”a series of animations and sculptures that reference ‘impossible’ aspects of faith found in biblical stories” presented abstractly. She juxtaposes various materials, such as thread, fabric, and ceramics to examine their versatile functions. Co-sponsored by Weir Farm Art Center and Weir Farm National Historic Site and presented by Wilton Library. Registration suggested.
