If you're a girl in grades 6-12 and want to learn to create mobile apps, games or websites, join Girls Who Code. No experience necessary – just enthusiasm and willingness to try new things! We're part of a national club that offers project-based activities in a fun and creative environment. This is an on-going program where each week builds on skills learned in previous weeks.

We'll meet twice a month on Sundays from October 1, 2017 - June 3, 2018. Sessions are from 1 - 3 p.m. on these dates: October 1 & 15, November 5 & 19, December 3 & 17, January 7 & 21, February 4 & 11, March 4 & 18, April 15 & 22, May 6 & 20 and June 3.  Registration required. Do you have a box of old home videos? Wish you could still watch some of those funny or touching family moments? If so, come learn how to convert them to DVDs.

For 7th graders through adults and 6th grade students accompanied by adults who are willing to learn too! Must have a valid CT Library card and signed Innovation Station Agreement form. Please bring the completed form to the workshop. Space limited to 1 student per session. Registration required.   This is for home videos only and conversion time is one-to-one. Equipment cannot accommodate 8mm tapes.  Register online or call 203-762-6342.

In this one-on-one session, let us introduce you to our electronic embroidery machine and personalize a tea towel. $5 per towel.

Weekly drop-in for knitters and crocheters. Make new friends, get tips and share ideas while working on your own projects. New to stitching but want to give it a try? We have needles and yarn for you to test out. No registration required.

Back by popular demand! This summer, Wilton Library Readers' professional book discussion leader Susan Boyar will discuss six short stories published in The New Yorker magazine over six consecutive weeks. Each Wednesday's meeting will discuss the previous week’s story.
