Mother Goose on the Loose is a themed story time for children ages 6 months to 2 years.  Children will sing songs, listen to stories, move to music, and learn nursery rhymes.  Felt boards, puppets, instruments, and props will be used.  No fee.  

Please note – to create a small, consistent group experience, this program uses a lottery system for registration. Lottery registration forms are available at the Children's Library desk starting March 20, 2017 and must be returned by April 3, 2017. Patrons will be notified via email if they receive a spot. This is an 9-week program. 

Judson Scruton leads this 4-part Spring Poetry Seminar Series exploring the poetry of several of the major ‘World War One Poets’. Poets to be studied will include Thomas Hardy, Rupert Brooke, Wilfred Owen, Siegfried Sassoon, and Robert Graves, among others. Judson Scruton, M.A (The Johns Hopkins University, The Writing Seminars, specializing in poetry), has taught creative writing and literature at prep schools and universities. He is currently an Adjunct Professor of English at Fairfield University. Poetry packet available at front desk one week before the seminar begins.

SCORE of Fairfield County, Wilton Library, and the Wilton Chamber of Commerce present a seminar  that will help you understand and balance your personal and business budgets. This workshop seeks to provide guidance on balancing the push and pull between personal and business expenses on a business owner’s budget.

Speaker: Jeffrey Costa, an Assistant Vice President and Trust Officer at First County Advisors, the Wealth Management Division of First County Bank.
