ESL (English as a Second Language)
Monday, January 28 through Wednesday, April 24, 9:30 – 11:30 a.m. Cancelled
Twice-weekly classes in English as a Second Language will begin on Monday, January 28th and will continue on Mondays and Wednesdays until April 24th at the Wilton Library given by Westport Continuing Education. (There will be no classes on Feb. 18th, Feb. 20th, April 15th and April 17th.) Testing and registration required. Testing takes place at Wilton Library from 9:30 – 11 a.m. on Jan. 16.

Literary Littles
Monday, Jan. 7 through Feb 25, 2:15 – 3 pm.
For independent listeners ages 4-6 years-old. This is a story time that provides children with experiences that enrich early literacy. Children will hear stories, watch short films, sing songs, and do a craft. This program repeats for 6 sessions. No sessions Jan. 21 or Feb. 18.

Whodunit? Book Club
Monday, Feb. 25, 4 – 4:45 p.m.
Kids in grades 2 and 3 are invited to join this mystery book club. Children will have the opportunity to meet and discuss mystery books as a group. The book for February is The Fenway Foul-Up by David Kelly. Snacks will be provided, along with fun detective activities. Grades 2 and 3. Parents and guardians must be in the Library. Registration Required. Sponsored by the Sherman Family Fund.


Poetry in Motion Performance Workshops
Monday, Feb. 25 and Tuesday, Feb. 26, 4 – 8:30 p.m.
For students in grades 6 through 12 who have been part of Poetry in Motion: Rewind, Pause, Fast Forward since this fall.
Performance weekend is Friday, March 22 and Saturday, March 23. Snow date for either workshop is Wednesday, Feb. 27.
