ESL (English as a Second Language)
Monday, January 28 through Wednesday, April 24, 9:30 – 11:30 a.m. Cancelled
Twice-weekly classes in English as a Second Language will begin on Monday, January 28th and will continue on Mondays and Wednesdays until April 24th at the Wilton Library given by Westport Continuing Education. (There will be no classes on Feb. 18th, Feb. 20th, April 15th and April 17th.) Testing and registration required. Testing takes place at Wilton Library from 9:30 – 11 a.m. on Jan. 16.
Teen Advisory Board Meeting
Monday, March 4, 3:45 – 5:15 p.m.
Teens in grades 6-12 are invited to join us for our Teen Advisory Board (TAB) meeting. TAB is a group of teens who work with the library by helping select materials for the teen collection, planning teen events, and more. Applications are available online for first time attendees or by emailing emailing Tracey Morgan, Teen Services Assistant, at tmorgan@wiltonlibrary.org. Newcomers always welcome. Registration is recommended.
Poetry in Motion: Meet and Greet
Monday, March 4, 6:30 – 8 p.m.
Poetry in Motion performers can enjoy pizza and get to know the other students performing in the poetry event. Talk about the upcoming program, get questions answered and make new friends. Registration suggested.
