Back by popular demand! Professional book discussion leader Susan Boyar will discuss 5 short stories published in The New Yorker magazine over 5 consecutive weeks.  Each Tuesday's meeting will be about the previous week’s story. The story for this week is Stuff by Joy Williams.  The current issue of The New Yorker is available in the Reading Room for in-library use, or download it through Zinio or OverDrive.

This program is a sharing time for 1 and 2 year-olds and their caregivers. The emphasis is on books, with some songs and toy time. No registration, no program fee.

Transform an old skateboard into a piece of artwork with a little inspiration from the masters -- Picasso, van Gogh, Dali, Monet and more. This is a 2-day workshop for teens entering grades 6-12. Space limited. Registering for the 1st session automatically places you in the second.    All materials supplied. Sponsored by the John and Patricia Curran Teen Fund.

Children ages 4 and 5 are invited to join us for this drop-in story time. Each week we will explore different topics such as woodland creatures, transportation, dinosaurs, fairy tales, and more. Children will hear stories, watch short book films, as well as participate in fun activities and crafts. Ages 4 and 5 with caregivers in the building. No registration, no fee. Supported by the Wilton Newcomers Club.

Enjoy a fun filled hour of Jungle Hula-Hooping with Judi Ann Jones! She will get everyone on their feet for an interactive and action packed performance! A special hula hoop will be raffled off to a lucky family at the end of the program. For children in grades K and up. Supported by the Coyle Family. At 2:15 the day of the program, tickets for that afternoon's program will be handed out on a first-come-first-serve basis at the Children's Reference Desk.
