In this one-on-one session, let us introduce you to our electronic embroidery machine and personalize a tea towel or apron. Aprons are available for $7. All other items are $5. For 7th graders to adults and 6th graders accompanied by adults who are willing to learn too.  Must have a valid CT library card and signed Innovation Station Agreement Form. Please bring the completed form to the workshop. Registration required. Register online or call 203-762-6342.

Children ages 0-5 and their caregivers are invited to join a fun time of moving, grooving, jumping, shaking, singing and playing instruments. A great Friday morning work-out! No registration required.

Children in grades K and up are invited to join this weekly Garden Club! Throughout the spring and summer, we will plant, tend, and eat fruits and vegetables in our raised-bed garden. During the month of May we will meet to plan our garden and prepare for June planting. This is a fun activity for the whole family. Supported by the Amadeo Family.

Learn how to use our new Button Maker and create unique designs, add slogans and go home with a few fun buttons!   Must have a valid CT Library card and signed Innovation Station Agreement form.  Please bring the completed form to the workshop.  For 7th graders through adults and 6th grade students accompanied by adults who are willing to learn too! Registration required. 

Each week the crafts are tied into the summer reading theme of 'Wind, Water and World'. There also will be an original coloring sheet by staff member Shayna Simpson. No registration required, all ages. Caregivers must stay with children under 8; 8 – 12 caregivers must stay in the building.
