Welcome to Wilton Library

Events:

Teens in grades 6-12 are invited to Wilton Library’s monthly Teen Advisory Board (TAB) meeting.  TAB is a group of teens who work with the library by helping select materials for the teen collection, planning teen events, and more. Your help allows us to make the library better for you and your friends.  Newcomers always welcome! If this is your first time coming to TAB, please fill out an application (can be accessed online) and bring it with you.  Applications will also be available at the meeting. Registration is recommended. Call for details (203)762-6345 or email  Jennifer Walker, Teen Services Assistant, at jwalker@wiltonlibrary.org; 203-762-6345.

Children ages 4 and 5 are invited to join us for this drop-in story time. Each week we will explore different topics such as woodland creatures, transportation, dinosaurs, fairy tales, and more. Children will hear stories, watch short book films, as well as participate in fun activities and crafts. Ages 4 and 5 with caregivers in the building. (No session May 30) No registration, no fee. Supported by the Wilton Newcomers Club.

Join us in a celebration of the Wilton Schools' Fine and Performing Arts Exhibition at the Wilton Library featuring over 400 works from students in kindergarten through 12th grade on exhibit throughout the library. During the reception, student musical performances will also take place in the Brubeck Room. Refreshments served. The exhibit will run from May 2 - May 26.

Do you have a box of old home videos? Wish you could still watch some of those funny or touching family moments? If so, come learn how to convert them to DVDs. For 7th graders through adults and 6th grade students accompanied by adults who are willing to learn too! Must have a valid CT Library card and signed Innovation Station Agreement form. Please bring the completed form to the workshop. Space limited to 1 student per session. Registration required. This is for home videos only and conversion time is one-to-one.

Join us for hand clapping-toe tapping songs, finger plays and stories that encourage emerging language skills. No program charge. No registration required. Children must be accompanied by caregivers.
