Students in grades 5-6 interested in learning the basics of coding, can join us for six sessions (11/23, 12/7, 12/14, 1/11/15, 1/25/15 & 2/1/15). Two high school computer science students will work with the group and guide them through various online coding programs. Limited space. Supported by the Amadeo Family Fund.

The Empire Brass enjoys an international reputation as North America's finest brass quintet, renowned for its brilliant virtuosity and the unparalleled diversity of its repertoire. Their concert will offer a taste of this diversity, with works by Byrd, Susato, Bach, Beethoven, Gershwin, Copland, and Bernstein. All performances are on Sunday afternoons at the Wilton Congregational Church located at 70 Ridgefield Road, Wilton. A portion of the proceeds benefits Wilton Library. January brings Benisse Lester to the Weir Farm Artist-in-Residence program. Ms. Lester’s paintings will depict the grounds and interior of Weir Farm celebrating and honoring the beauty and heritage of the farm and J. Alden Weir. The work will be primarily in plein air and directly from the subject material incorporating still life and figures. Co-sponsored by Weir Farm Art Center and Weir Farm National Historic Site and presented by Wilton Library. No charge. Registration suggested.

Join Wilton Library for 2 and 3-year old story time. Children and their caregivers will sing songs, listen to stories, and enjoy playtime together while building literacy and social skills. No registration, no fee. This program runs for 10 weeks.
