Join Wilton Library for 2 and 3-year old story time. Children and their caregivers will sing songs, listen to stories, and enjoy playtime together while building literacy and social skills. This program runs for 10 weeks.
Look, Listen and Learn

For 3 and 4 years-olds with a caregiver. By interacting with stories, singing songs and acting out finger plays and rhymes, children in this program gain pre-reading skills and learn how to participate in a group setting. This program runs for 10 weeks.
Tuesday, Sept. 10 through Tuesday, Nov. 12, 2:15 – 3:00 p.m.
For independent listeners ages 4 – 5 years. This is a story time that provides children with experiences that enrich early literacy. Children will hear stories, watch short films, sing songs, and do a craft. This program runs for 10 weeks.
WGG/WLA Green Speaker Series: A Dummy’s Guide to Home Energy Upgrades—Part 1
Tuesday, Oct. 29, 6:30 – 9 p.m.
Wilton Go Green and Wilton Library co-sponsor this talk that helps homeowners discover how energy upgrades pay for themselves through lowered energy bills, tax incentives, rebates and low-cost financing. Speaker: Marge Kelly, Senior Program Administrator for CL&P/Yankee Gas. Wilton families will provide testimonies of their own personal ROI audits and energy efficient upgrades. Testimonial speakers will be Richard Creeth and Peter Wrampe, members of the Wilton Energy Commission. Participants can meet certified Home Energy Solutions vendors from 6:30 – 7 p.m. and again from 8:30 – 9 p.m. Part 2 takes place on Thursday, Nov. 21. Registration suggested.
