Join Wilton Library for 2 and 3-year old story time. Children and their caregivers will sing songs, listen to stories, and enjoy playtime together while building literacy and social skills. This program runs for 11 weeks.

For 3 and 4 year-olds with caregivers. By interacting with stories, singing songs and acting out finger plays and rhymes, children in this program gain pre-reading skills and learn how to participate in a group setting. This program runs for 11 weeks.

Looking for something good to read next? Bring a friend and join the Book Buzz conversation moderated by Lauren McLaughlin and Melissa Baker, two of Wilton Library’s knowledgeable librarians, on the third Tuesday of each month. Participants are encouraged to come and chat about their most recent favorite reads or just listen to what others recommend. Pick up new pre-publication books when available. Hear about upcoming books being released and be the first to reserve them at the library. Get the inside scoop on upcoming author visits. No charge. Registration suggested. Cyberbullying: What Every Parent Needs to Know

What is cyberbullying? How does it work? How can parents effectively respond? What are current school policies on cyberbullying? Join us for an informative discussion with local experts on the issues surrounding cyberbullying. Presenters are Jo Ann Freiberg, Ph.D., Educational Consultant for the State of Connecticut, Department of Education; Matt Hepfer, Director of Technology, Wilton Public Schools; and Charles A. Smith, Ed.D., Assistant Superintendent, Wilton Public Schools. No charge. Registration suggested.
