Wilton Library staff members and patrons always give me great reviews of movies they have seen both in the theaters and from our DVD collection. This blog will help me share these thoughs with everyone else and hopefully help people decide what they want to watch.

So, without further ado…here are a few things to get you thinking about some entertainment this weekend:

I know it may be tough to find the brand-new DVD on our shelves on a Friday afternoon, but I have actually seen this one floating around lately.  If you didn’t get around to seeing it in the theater now’s your chance!

Umrao Jaan

Who can resist the lovely Ashwaria Rai and her real-life husband, Abhiskek Bachchan, in this Bollywood film?  Filled with beautiful songs, glorious costumes, and lots of demure glances, this film is a treat, albeit a sad one.

Jane Goodall’s When Animals Talk

Linda recommended this fascinating nonfiction DVD.  If you like animals you will love this!  Three words: Mind-Reading Parrot.  Need I say more?
