In case you missed Apple’s announcement yesterday, here’s a link to an article by Philip Michaels that appeared in PCWorld.  Steve Jobs, Apple’s CEO, announced the next major version of OS X (”Lion”) and also announced an updated version of iLife, a desktop version of FaceTime video-conferencing and a revamped MacBook Air lineup.  A Mac App Store will also arrive, similar to that for iPhones, iPads and ITouch devices.  I just love this idea!  The new MacBook Air comes in two sizes: a 13.3 inch and a 11.6 inch.  I’ve got my eye on the smaller MacBook Air.  Maybe Santa will come through!
