Get The Most Out Of Technology!

Sam Grobart writes in his New York Times article about 10 Ways To Get The Most Out Of Technology. There are some good ways to make your life easier and more productive (or just give you extra time to relax!).  I have moved to using a smartphone and do find that it makes my life less complicated.  I have added Firefox to my bag of tricks (it is important to note that some things work better in Internet Explorer and some things work better in Firefox–I do not believe your browser should be an all-or-nothing choice).  Uploading your photos to the Cloud?  My husband might have different ideas on this one.  At one time, he did have all of his photos in the cloud. . .  And the site went away. . .  In addition to the cloud, there is no substitute for an external hard drive for photos and for backup.  An extra tip:  Read your user manual for your new electronics. . .  The tips and tricks you will learn can save you hours of angst and frustration.  Time to go back to reading my Missing Manual for the Mac!
