The Norwalk Hour reports that the FTC has banned robo calls unless you have specifically agreed in writing to receive them (do you know anyone who would???). Not everything is covered though, you can still receive calls from banks, politicians, telephone carriers, and charities (Wilton Library does not make robo calls). Read the article here.
