It can be difficult to find information on doctors online. There are two sites I’ve found that can be helpful: American Board of Medical Specialties–click on Is Your Doctor Certified? You must register but it’s a free site intended for personal use for you to find out if your doctor is Board certified.
The other site is Administrators in Medicine. Click on DocFinder Searches and choose Connecticut on the right side of the page. Fill in the doctor’s last name and town of practice and you will find the doctor’s License Number; Date Issued; Expiration Date; Practice Locations; Hospitals/Nursing Home Affiliations; Education; Post Graduate training; Specialty; Medical Educational Responsibility; Publications, Professional Services, Activities and Awards; Malpractice Information; Hospital Discipline Within the Last Ten Years; Felony Convictions Within the Last Ten Years; and Connecticut Licensure Disciplinary Actions.
I hope you find these sites helpful!
