Children can register on Wandoo Reader, an online reading log to keep track of their reading anywhere they go as long as they have an internet connection. By reading, logging, and completing challenges, kids will be eligible for benchmark prizes throughout the summer. The Reading is Out of This World! program stimulates kids' imaginations with wonderful stories and fun activities while learning about space. Drop-in story times, drop-in activities, large-group enrichment and entertainment programs and animal visits are just some of the events planned though August 24. Think of us as your free stay-at-home summer camp experience.

The summer reading program is funded by John and Susan Steitz, with STEAM programs made possible by the Amadeo Family. Reading prizes are sponsored by the following local area businesses: Beardsley Zoo, Goldenberry, Party Zoom, Scoops, Sky Zone, Subway, and Toy Chest. The reading portion of the program runs from June 27 - September 3. Call for details 203-762-6336.
