The Wilton Library has a number of spaces that may be rented by individuals or organizations for a variety of purposes.

The Brubeck Room

The Brubeck Room is an exceptional venue for presentations, performances and receptions.  It has an attached kitchen and opens to an interior courtyard; both spaces are available for rent in conjunction with the Brubeck Room.  The Library Gallery is also available after hours.

Brubeck Room dimensions: 46 x 32 feet
Without stage: 35 x 32 feet
Capacity: 155 people
Gallery dimensions: 70 x 18 feet

* This equipment will be set up by Library personnel for a fee of $40.  If you would like a technician for the duration of your rental, the charge is $40/hour.
**Piano use may require tuning for an additional fee.

Room Rental Rates

For Profit Organizations and Private Events:
Partial hours are not prorated for Brubeck Room and Gallery. 
Time required for set up and breakdown will be included in the time charged.

Hourly rates:
Brubeck Room with Courtyard, Kitchen, Gallery     $  300
Brubeck Room with Courtyard and Kitchen             $  200
Brubeck Room (includes Courtyard)                         $  150
Gallery with Courtyard (when Library is closed)     $  100

Nonprofit, Educational and Cultural Events:

After normal custodial hours Monday - Friday, and on
weekend nights and days the Library is closed, a custodial fee of $30/hour is charged and paid directly to the custodian at the completion of the event.

The Rimer Room is located on the second floor of the Library.  It can be set up in your choice of lectureclassroom, orconference styles.  (See photos below.)  The Rimer Room is equipped with an LCD projector, screen, laptop, and TV with DVD. This equipment will be set up by Library personnel for a fee of $40.  If you would like a technician for the duration of your rental, the charge is $40/hour.

There is a custodial fee of $20/hour before and after regular business hours Monday - Friday.

After normal custodial hours Monday - Friday, and on weekend nights and days the Library is closed, a custodial fee of $30/hour is charged and paid directly to the custodian at the completion of the event.

Craft/Story Room

Located in the Children’s Library, this room is equipped with an LCD projector, screen, laptop, and TV with DVD.  This equipment will be set up by Library personnel for a fee of $40.  If you would like a technician for the duration of your rental, the charge is $40/hour.
