Let us introduce you to our electronic embroidery machine and personalize a baby’s bib. For 7th graders to adults and 6th graders accompanied by adults who are willing to learn too. Must have a valid CT library card and signed Innovation Station Agreement Form. Please bring the completed form to the workshop. Registration required. Register online or call 203-762-6342.

2:00 PM to 3:30 PM

Cookbook author and Wilton resident, Lisa Huff, will be discussing her life experiences and how she started in cooking, recipe development, and food photography. She'll also be discussing how her cookbook, Kid Chef Bakes, came about. Kid Chef Bakes is a collection of 75+ recipes and contains numerous baking tutorials and tips for all ages. Lisa Huff is a freelance recipe developer, food photographer, and food writer as well as the owner of the popular website and blog, Snappy Gourmet. Her recipes have won many awards over the years and she has worked with many well-known food brands, PR companies, and publications. Q&A will follow the talk as will book signing. Food samples and cookie decorating will also be available. Grade K through adults. Registration recommended. Book sales provided by Elm Street Books of New Canaan.
