10:15 AM to 10:45 AM

Bring your wonderful baby to this infant friendly program at the Wilton Library! We will sing and play and enjoy gentle stories geared for babies under 12 months old. This is an excellent forum to meet other new parents in the area. Bring dad too! Caregivers must be present. No registration required.

11:00 AM to 11:30 AM

This program is a sharing time for 1 and 2-year-olds and their caregivers. The emphasis is on books, with some songs and toy time. No registration, no program charge.

3:00 PM to 4:00 PM

Children ages 3-5 are invited to join us weekly for a story and various STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) activities. Children and their caregivers will listen to a read aloud of a popular children's picture book and rotate through correlating STEM stations. The story for this program is Shape Capers by Cathryn Falwell.   Registration required, supported by the Amadeo Family. Register online or call 203-762-6336.

7:00 PM to 8:30 PM

Join us for the second presentation in the Wilton Youth Council Parent Information Series 2017-2018.   We will start by watching Julie Lythcott-Haims’s popular TED Talk on parental expectations and unconditional love. The video will be followed by a discussion facilitated by Tracey Masella. Tracey will help us understand how to stop over-parenting and help our children develop resilience. We will discuss how to create a safe and effective family frame in which children learn to manage their lives effectively. This presentation is appropriate for parents with children of all ages. Sponsored by Wilton Youth Council, Wilton Youth Services, Wilton Library, Weston Youth Services, and Weston Library. Registration recommended.  Register online or call 203-762-6334.
