In this one-on-one session, let us introduce you to our electronic embroidery machine and personalize a tea towel. For 7th graders to adults and 6th graders accompanied by adults who are willing to learn too. Must have a valid CT library card and signed Innovation Station Agreement Form. 10:15 AM to 10:45 AM

Bring your wonderful baby to this infant friendly program at the Wilton Library! We will sing and play and enjoy gentle stories geared for babies under 12 months old. This is an excellent forum to meet other new parents in the area. Bring dad too! Caregivers must be present. No registration required.

11:00 AM to 11:30 AM

This program is a sharing time for 1 and 2-year-olds and their caregivers. The emphasis is on books, with some songs and toy time. No registration, no program charge.

7:00 PM to 8:30 PM

Lawyer and novelist Marie Benedict discusses her historical novel, Carnegie’s Maid, when she visits Wilton Library. Irish immigrant Clara Kelley is hired to work in one of Pittsburgh’s grandest households. Although working for an icy mistress who rules her sons, Clara has an uncanny understanding of business. With captivating insight and heart, Carnegie's Maid tells the story of one brilliant woman who may have spurred Andrew Carnegie's transformation from ruthless industrialist into the world's first true philanthropist.
