Join friends and neighbors at Wilton Library for a very special party featuring cocktails, a concert by favorite musicians Triple Play and a cookout under the stars catered by The Schoolhouse at Cannondale. Price of $100 per person.
This special party for 150 was organized and offered as an auction item for our Beyond Words benefit in April 2011. A large group of 80 is already signed up, but we want to open it up to everyone in town. Be sure to make your reservation today, either online or at the Library’s Circulation Desk! Proceeds from benefit Wilton Library and, ultimately, the entire community.
The trio, Chris Brubeck (Bass, Trombone, Piano & Vocals), Joel Brown (Guitar & Vocals), and Peter Madcat Ruth, (Harmonica & Vocals) all come from diverse musical backgrounds, yet all of them are experts in cross-pollinating several diverse forms, including blues, rock, folk, and occasionally a bit of jazz. Collectively they bring a rare level of joy, virtuosity, and American spirit to the folk, blues, jazz, funk, and classical music they perform.
