Areas being addressed include what are the differences between litigated divorce and family mediation, how does the mediation process work and what are the advantages. There is no charge for the program. Advance registration is suggested. To register, call 762-3950 or register online.

Volunteers appreciated

On Sunday, June 4 starting at noon, library volunteers will be treated to an appreciation brunch for the countless hours they devote to helping support the library. From book sales to postcard mailings, the library greatly benefits from the time and effort of this dedicated group of people. At 12:30, Peter Rubino, local artist and sculpture, will demonstrate his skills by "speed sculpting" a bust of Beethoven using 250 pounds of clay in 20 minutes, while listening to a Beethoven piece. Mr. Rubino is most-recently known for his bust of Dave Brubeck he created for the library's new Brubeck Room.
