- The Eldercare section of this site is a resource
for caregivers with information on many aspects of senior living.
- ElderWeb
- ElderWeb assists caregivers by providing links
to information about subjects such as health care, living arrangements,
laws and legislation, and finances for seniors.
- Exercise and Aging
- From the National Institute on Aging, this
guide explains why exercise is important as we age, health problems
to look out for, what exercises are best, and how to design your
own exercise plan.
- Extended Care Information Network
- The Extended Care Information Network database
contains information on over 33,000 acute rehabilitation providers,
retirement communities, and providers specializing in all levels
of long-term nursing care as well as home health agencies. This database
can help you research such providers/agencies by performing a search

- The Manual focuses on the medical problems
and careof the elderly and is directed at health care professionals,
but many older users and those caring for elderly relatives my find
it useful. Sample topics include nutrition, sleep disorders, pharmacology,
organ system disorders, sexuality, psychiatric disorder, legal issues
and health insurance.

- This site is not just for the "HARD OF SEEING®" but
for those with family and friends that need everything from large
print books to the latest on their particular condition. Health Care
Professionals are welcome here as well.
