To use the historical records in the Wilton History Room, ask for the history room register (a list of all the history room materials) at the reference desk. Patrons are not permitted to browse in the Wilt#main-content-wla #main-content-wla-col #main-content-wla-col2 #main-content-wla-col2-text strongon History Room. A staff member will retrieve desired items for the patron. Documents cannot be checked out but may be copied.

NOTE: Wilton was established as a separate parish from Norwalk in 1726 and incorporated as a town in 1802. All Wilton land records before 1802 are in the Norwalk Land Records.
