In this one-on-one session, let us introduce you to our electronic sewing machine and embroider or monogram a chef's apron for the barbeque season. $7 fee payable upon arrival. For 7th graders to adults and 6th graders accompanied by adults who are willing to learn too.. Must have a valid CT library card and signed Innovation Station Agreement Form. Please bring the completed form to the workshop. Registration required.

Bring your wonderful baby to this infant friendly program at the Wilton Library. We will sing and play and enjoy gentle stories geared for babies under 12 months old. This is an excellent forum to meet other new parents in the area. No registration, no fee. Caregivers must be present.

This program is a sharing time for 1 and 2 year-olds and their caregivers. The emphasis is on books, with some songs and toy time. No registration, no program fee.

This is the second program of Get Well, Stay Well: A health literacy series presented by Norwalk Hospital and Wilton Library. The program, “To sleep or not to sleep: that is the question” — will cover stress management, sleep disorders and the relationship between the two. Speakers are: Michelle Dailey, a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Norwalk Hospital’s Whittingham Cancer Center. Ms. Dailey has been a member of the oncology support team there since 1999, providing psychosocial counseling, guidance, and support to patients and their families dealing with the stresses of cancer and Dr. Ian Weir, DO, the Associate Director of the Sleep Disorders Center and Director of the Insomnia Center at Norwalk Hospital. Dr. Weir received his B.A. degree in Chemistry at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Degree at Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Program moderated by Wilton Library Trustee and MD Saras Nair who was previously Chairman of the Pathology Department at Norwalk Hospital.  See library’s registration link for more details about the speakers. Planning a family reunion or anniversary party? Gather up your old photos, slides and negatives and we'll show you how to turn them into digitized images. Then email or take those images home with you on a thumb drive to create event mementos. For 7th graders through adults and 6th grade students accompanied by adults who are willing to learn too!   Must have a valid CT Library card and signed Innovation Station Agreement form.  Please bring the completed form to the workshop.
