Welcome to Wilton Library

Each week the crafts are tied into the summer reading theme of 'Wind, Water and World'. There also will be an original coloring sheet by staff member Shayna Simpson. No registration required, all ages. Caregivers must stay with children under 8; 8 – 12 caregivers must stay in the building.

Do you have a box of old home videos? Wish you could still watch some of those funny or touching family moments? If so, come learn how to convert them to DVDs. For 7th graders through adults and 6th grade students accompanied by adults who are willing to learn too! Must have a valid CT Library card and signed Innovation Station Agreement form. Please bring the completed form to the workshop. Space limited to 1 student per session. Registration required. This is for home videos only and conversion time is one-to-one.

Weekly drop-in for knitters and crocheters. Make new friends, get tips and share ideas while working on your own projects. New to stitching but want to give it a try? We have needles and yarn for you to test out. No registration required.

A Maritime Aquarium educator will introduce students to live crabs, snails and sea stars. Children will count their legs, describe their body shapes and explain how they feel. Finally, they’ll observe how these animals move from place to place and discuss how their shape and appendages (or lack of them) relate to their movements. For Pre-K and up. Supported by the Amadeo Family. Registration required. Register online or call 203-762-6336.

Come join us for a fun and relaxing evening. We'll supply the canvas, paints, brushes and a collection of masterpieces to copy and inspire you. No art experience required. Just a desire to pick up a brush, have fun and let your inner self out! For adults, ages 18+. Space limited. Registration required. Register online or call 203-762-6342.
