Reel Mondays: Ai Weiwei:  Never Sorry

Monday, May 19, 7 – 9:30 p.m.
The Wilton League of Women Voters and Wilton Library present Ai Weiwei:  Never Sorry in the last of this season’s series of provocative documentary films. China’s political activist and artist, Ai Weiwei’s story is a compelling one.   An outspoken critic of China’s repressive legal system, he  has been censored, arrested, and beaten, but through his effective use of social media and his art he has won international admiration and support for himself and for his message.  Directed and produced by Alison Klayman, a journalist, and Adam Schlesinger, a director.  Refreshments served. No charge, although donations are welcome. Co-sponsored by the Wilton League of Women Voters and Wilton Library.
