Wilton Library Summer Reading Program Registration Week
Tuesday, June 17 through Friday, June 20
Kids can register all summer long for the summer reading program. They will receive prizes for every 10 books or 500 pages they read. The last day for logging summer reading to receive regular prizes is Saturday, Aug. 23. Last day to reach the goal of 60 books/3000 pages and be included in the Awards Ceremony is Friday, Aug. 15. The theme for the summer reading program is Mythical, Magical Summer Reading.

Tuesday Book Buzz

Looking for something good to read next? Bring a friend and join the Book Buzz conversation moderated by Lauren McLaughlin and Melissa Baker, two of Wilton Library’s knowledgeable librarians, on the third Tuesday of each month. Participants are encouraged to come and chat about their most recent favorite reads or just listen to what others recommend. Pick up new pre-publication books when available. Hear about upcoming books being released and be the first to reserve them at the library. Get the inside scoop on upcoming author visits. No charge. Registration suggested.
Teen Summer Reading
Friday, June 20 through Friday, August 15th
The Teen Summer Reading Program is underway now, and ends on Friday August 15th. Weekly, teens entering grades 6-12 can access EVANCED, the online program to record the number of pages read. There will be a weekly drawing for $10 gift certificates. The end-of-summer grand prize will be a $100 AmEx Gift Card. For more details, stop by Teen Services or call 203-762-3950, ext. 243.
