Works Accepted

One or two pieces per artist.
2D artwork such as painting, mixed media, and some sculpture.

• Size Limit: Maximum 2D artwork size is 50" x 72".
• No photography entries, please.
• 20% commission on sold works.

Drop-Off

DEADLINE FOR ALL ENTRIES: This form must be filled out individually for each piece before July 6.

Submitted Entries will be accepted in-person
Monday, July 7, 10am-1pm
Tuesday, July 8, 10am-1pm
Presidents' Room on the 2nd Floor (use elevator).

Requirements

To maintain a safe and welcoming environment, works submitted as part of any art exhibit may not include political statements of any kind, violence or weapons, drugs, profanity or nudity.

The Library reserves the right to decide which pieces will be included in a show.

Entries must be wired and ready to hang. 
Entries can be framed OR unframed.
Artists must remove their own packing materials.

Pickup

Exhibition ends on Thursday, August 21.

Artwork to be picked up on Friday, August 22 between 10am-1pm.
